What is 5-free?

Just as it is important to make our beautiful nail polish and get it to you, it is equally important to understand what goes into the contents of the bottle to be able to make it happen to begin with.

There are two different sets of ingredients as there are two distinct types of nail polish we craft and sell.

In addition to knowing what comprises the ingredients of Bella Bosio nail polish, it is important to know what “5-Free” means.

As with any nail polish made for professional and general personal use, nail polish is made with chemicals.

However, Bella Bosio nail polish is 5-Free, meaning it does NOT have the 5 most common and can be very harmful chemical ingredients:

Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP)

Formaldehyde Resin
